This website is operated by Savaikars, a food manufacturer based in Goa, India. By browsing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of ordering
• Orders placed on behalf of a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
• We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms

Products & Descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but please keep the following in mind:

• Our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in taste, texture, colour and appearance are natural
• Product images are indicative and packaging may differ from the images shown
• Weights are approximate and may vary marginally due to the nature of the products
• All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed without prior notice

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before payment
• We reserve the right to revise prices at any time; the price shown at the time of order confirmation applies to that order
• Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway

Order Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted only once we confirm it
• We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if the delivery location is not serviceable
• We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or that breach these terms
• Where an order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount paid will be refunded in full

Shipping & Delivery

Order processing times, delivery timelines, serviceable locations and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

As our products are perishable food items, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier, and refunds or replacements are considered for damaged, incorrect or spoiled deliveries reported within 24 hours.

Food Safety & Allergens

• Our products are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, gram flour, sesame and other common allergens
• Please check the product description and packaging before consuming if you have any allergy or dietary restriction
• Store the products as indicated on the pack and consume them before the best-before date
• We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from allergies or dietary conditions that were not disclosed to us

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Savaikars name and logo, product photography, text, graphics and page design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Reviews & Submissions

If you post a review or send us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our business. We may remove any submission that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties for payments, delivery, messaging and hosting. While we choose our partners carefully, we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not imply our endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the recipient

Our total liability in relation to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Goa, India.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and will apply to all orders placed after that date.
