Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Savaikars, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality namkeens and sweets. As our products are food items, we follow a transparent and fair policy to ensure both quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. However, refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:
Eligible Situations
- You received a damaged or tampered package
- You received the wrong product
- The product is spoiled or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Provide order details for verification
Once verified, we will offer replacement of the product, or a partial / full refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect address or delivery details provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability of the recipient
- Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance (as products are handmade)
Important Notes
- We ensure strict quality checks and hygienic packaging before dispatch
- Slight variations may occur due to the traditional and handmade nature of our products
- We always strive to resolve concerns in a fair and prompt manner
